We just had a great week in London. Here is a video of us playing ‘Buffalo’ on Later With Jools Holland. It was definitely a unique experience for the band. The BBC TV centre is a 60’s masterpiece. I was especially fond of the liberal use of the iconic BBC font.

We may have been a little nervous, but those feelings were quashed when our friend Rachel (formerly of Loop, now entrenched in the land of the beeb) sent us off to a Palestinian falafel joint that was out-of-this-world good. We seem to be fairly food obsessed as a band, and while I managed to wander over to Chris Martin and say hello I was too nervous to even look at Peter Gordon at his new cafe Kopapa. The turkish eggs are my new favourite thing, I need a recipe for them NOW!

The show in Highbury was also totally rad. All in all a marvelous trip to dear old blighty! xx Samuel
